Each issue of Critical Reviews in Computed Tomography includes critical surveys of specific topics, contributed by authors with recognized expertise in the assigned subject. Each author provides an in-depth review of the most significant papers from the current literature and the latest technology being used. Each author also presents a critical evaluation of current research and developments in the topic area, including a discussion of major problems yet to be resolved. An extensive reference list is included with each article. To provide an added dimension of objectivity and impartiality, each article is reviewed by an independent expert on the topic as well as the Editorial Staff.
